Single entry visa permits the applicants to visit Canada once in a period of 6 months. The visa can only be extended for 30 days. The permit for extension should be applied before the expiry of the original visa. Applicant must be in Canada while applying for the extension.

Multiple Entry Canada Visitor Visa

This visa allows applicants to travel to and fro from Canada within the validity period of the Canadian visitor. The applicant must specify the duration of time he/she requires for the visit, and the time awarded subsequently depends solely on the case officer.

Transit Canada Visa

The length of stay should not exceed 48 hours. This is only meant for people who are moving through Canada to another destination.
