Many candidates in the Express Entry are likely to receive the invitation to apply, for the provincial nomination, from New Brunswick, even if they have not registered, an Expression of Interest with it.
As per the update on July 26th, the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program states that it will, occasionally, invite such candidates in a direct manner from the federal EE pool as and when the provincial labor-market finds it necessary.
The pool contains the profiles of candidates for three of main economic immigration programs in Canada which are:
Candidates get a rank in the pool depending on a score that has a link to the education, age, and work experience and language proficiency
A provincial nomination gets additional 600 points and serves as an effective guarantee to get the invitation to apply to seek permanent residence in Canada.
A number of popular nomination streams with a link to Express Entry in Alberta, Ontario, and Nova Scotia provinces conduct such targeted searches in the federal EE pool. A few examples are Human Capital Priorities Stream in Ontario, Alberta Express Entry Stream and Labor Market Priorities Stream of Nova Scotia. All Express Entry candidates successful in the selection in the occasional searches of New Brunswick will get the Letter of Interest in the Express Entry accounts.
These candidates will have to meet all the eligibility prerequisites for the Express Entry Labor Market Stream of the NBPNP. New Brunswick will adopt this approach apart from the invitations in Expression of Interest through the EELMS. The province has a great need of several skilled overseas professionals and is on the path to explore new ways for inviting Express Entry candidates.
More and more provinces are presently searching the EE pool for attracting the eligible candidates, who should be in the pool to realize their overseas dream.
