New set of mandatory documents for Manitoba Express Entry Stream

A recent change was introduced by Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. Now the persons who apply to Manitoba Express Entry Stream have to submit a fresh set of mandatory documents. They are the following three:

• An Education Credential Assessment that the education outside Canada is complete

• A Copy of details of Express Entry profile from IRCC

• Financial documents also that prove of meeting low income cut-offs.

Education credential assessment

Furthermore, in case a candidate receives education outside Canada, there is a need to assess the educational qualifications. It verifies the Canadian equivalent of the foreign degrees, certificates or diplomas. It can be accomplished by using a Canadian assessment body like the World Education Services. Also, the candidate has to submit the Education Assessment Report, at the time of applying to the visa.

EE profile details

An applicant has to provide an EE profile and also the verification code in the Expression of Interest application. He/she must submit a copy of the EE application/profile from IRCC.

Documents proving meeting the LICO requirements

An applicant has to submit fund documents which prove regarding meeting the LICO requirements. Low-income cut-offs act as the income thresholds. The families which have the income below this specific threshold spend an important share of their income on fulfilling basic necessities like food, shelter, and clothing in comparison to an average family. Manitoba issues an update of the proof of funds every year that is based on 50 percent of the low income cut-offs. The changes affect the eligibility criteria.

Other necessary documents for applying to the Manitoba Express Entry are:

• Language test results

• Provincial nomination

• Job Offer from a Canadian employer in writing
